A tempting combination of coffee cream and chocolate mouse across a rich chocolate chiffon, a sweet sensation made sophisticatedly sexy with a fine mix of rum and succulent cherries!
Our team of food photographers in Manila was able to taste this heavenly cake at Don Bosco, where its mother brand, Amici, was first born.
It is always a delightful experience to taste something new for the first time.
The moist, rich cake perfectly combined the comforting flavor of coffee with an exciting doze of rum. Its sweetness is subtle, making way for the intoxicating illusion brought by bright red cherries. It is both reserved and adventurous. Its dark chocolate barks resembling a black forest all the more completed the temptation induced by mystery.
